The TRIP PLAN and the associated FIELD WORK SAFETY PLAN (as required) are in place to support the safety of members of the UBC community while travelling and to meet the requirements of the BC Workers’ Compensation Act (RSBC 1996). These documents must be completed PRIOR to departure and updated whenever there is a change in the activities, location or environment.
The TRIP PLAN can be completed for individual travellers or groups of travellers as appropriate.
